Setup Guide

From download to your first live cue, step by step.

The whole thing takes about five minutes, and none of it is technical. Follow along — you’ll be reading your first line on a real call by the end.

1. 01Step 1 of 6

   Download CueCloser

   On the home page, click Download Free. Your browser saves one file — CueCloser-Setup.exe. When it finishes, click it (it usually sits in your Downloads folder or at the bottom of the browser).

   Run the installer

   Double-click CueCloser-Setup.exe and follow the prompts. Installing takes a few seconds, then CueCloser opens on its own.

   TipIf Windows shows a blue “Windows protected your PC” box, that only happens because the app is new. Click More info → Run anyway — it’s safe.

   Sign in with your email

   Type your email and CueCloser sends you a magic link and a 6-digit code. Click the link (or paste the code) and you’re in — no password to remember.

   Tell Leo about your business

   Leo, your setup assistant, asks a few quick questions — what you sell, your pricing, and who you call. It takes about two minutes, and it’s how every line you get is built around your exact offer.

   Connect your calling app

   Your calls run through a calling app on your computer so CueCloser can hear both sides of the conversation. Google Voice is free and takes a minute — CueCloser links you straight to it. Grab a headset or earbuds so only you hear the coaching.

   Start your call and read the line

   Dial the way you always do and hit Start Call in CueCloser. The moment the prospect pushes back, your next sentence appears on screen. You read it, you say it, you keep your momentum.
